[rescue] Question about Iomega NAS Server

I'm looking at getting a P405U for my data storage needs on my network. 
However, I'd like to know that I can at some time replace the 80gb 
drives in it with larger ones at some time. If the OS on these things in 
ROM, and can I just swap drives? Or, do I have to re-flash or something 
crazy.
