I haven't noticed any.  They do seem to generate a lot of IR
at startup though.  I have one of those powermid IR remote senders
so I can operate my Tivo from upstairs.  When I turn on the lights
the LED on the powermid lights solid for about 30 seconds then fades.
It goes out if I shade the powermid or the bulb with my hand.
