[rescue] Starting Postfix

Folks-

I still can't get Postfix to deliver mail to local mailboxes in a
sendmail-compatible fashion.

Mail addressed to any user, without a machine name (i.e. "shel" or "root")
gets sent to the MX for the domain, rather than delivered locally.
"root at localhost" works correctly, but since Postfix itself tries to send
stuff to "root", that doesn't seem quite good enough.

How can I turn this off so that local delivery works correctly?
