You will need an Adaptec with OFW Forth code in its ROM...

Just get a NCR / Symbios 53C875 based card. The OFW of the U5/10
supports this chip, so no special firmware is required. Also: The
Symbios adapters are cheaper then Adaptec and they run _very_ well.
