Yea, where I used to work (Govt) they had bought a few librettos and found
them impossible to type on. Their very expensive Dell 7000s were giving
people shoulder aches. So they bought in stacks of the Thinkpad 240C's. I
thought they were neat, so recently I've started peeking at them.

There are *TONS* of accessories on eBay, but alot of the machines are
questionable. It makes me wonder when people say "MACHINE IN UNTESTED
CONDITION, NO WARRANTIES" ... that could mean, found them in the dumpster,
I know they don't work, let me score some free money.

I see alot of batteries, drives and other parts on feeBay, but the problem
is... did the batteries come from a dumpster. Are they already dead.

Ones with warranties cost $80+ it seems. Yikes.

I guess one could try to dissassemble a battery pack and replace the
cells....
