As some may notice... I hauled away most of the red items to the dump  
and the NeXT items are gone (to 1st claimant).

I am dealing with each claimant in order so if I'm a little slow in  
responding other than putting claimants on the list, it's because of  
this.  Keep in mind that to some degree picking stuff up yourself  
trumps me having to ship heavy items.
