I have a couple of these myself.

Plug in the serial console and connect to it.  Then reset it by using a paperclip or whatnot - stick it in and hold until the green light turns red.  Wait a bit... after a while, press the Space key and you should get a simple text mode interface.

I think on mine I needed a null-modem cable.
