Yeah, I can see Windows becoming a subscription thing. You buy a 
yearlong license and if you don't renew it, it stops working.

I figure Intel CPUs are like 2-stroke engines, fast but a little load 
slows them *way* down. SPARCs OTOH, are more like diesels, not as fast, 
but consistent under load. Maybe the G5 is a gas engine, I don't know.

I also dislike stupid stuff like IRQ sharing and brain-dead plug & pray.
