Yes your right... that is the only thing Microsoft are good at ... Trash...

I've just come accross a fun thing according to Microshit when you enter 
a transaction in money of for example a trade of 5000 Shares bought at $7.20
and you sell them at $7.50 the result in capital gains is negative....
