[rescue] Looking for an inexpensive laptop

I'm looking for decent used laptop for my wife's business partner -  
he needs a Windows machine he can take on the road when he's on  
buying trips.  Needs to be a Pentium or better of course.

Anyone looking to make a deal on such a machine, or have any pointers  
to online dealers they trust, let me know, please.  It's appreciated.
