I got a drive I put in the ultra 2. probe-scsi-all shows the drive but
I cant install the OS on it. If I put a different drive in, setup the
OS and put that drive as secondary, it shows up under probe-scsi-all.
But when the OS boots I get this error:
Corrupt label; wrong magic number
format doesn't see the drive.
This was used on a non Sun machine before. It's an old seagate 80 pin
u160, 18gb.
What do I have to do to the disk to get Solaris to recognise it at install
time?
Francois
