Wow, that was impressive.  Now sorting through copious responses and
finding answers to various questions.  Given the popularity of a couple
items, I'm tempted to borrow a line from the old Monty Python sketch
about, hmmm, was it chartered accountancy, where there was only one
available position and two applicants?

	John Cleese: "...and so I'm going to ask the two of you
		to fight to the death for it."

But that would be wrong.

Anyway, answers will be forthcoming (even if they have to be fabricated)
