My point is that they my have designed it to have the
counter end at zero when you play a full tape, both
sides no matter if you use the auto reverse or flip
it over manually.  Either way, the counter would
be at zero when both sides are played.  Playing half
a tape, then another will still make the counter 
count down.  Not a bug....a flawed design.  I 
guess they never thought that someone would play
half a tape.  Duh!  :)
