[rescue] VA800 power supply

Does anyone happen to have a power supply lying around that will work
with a ViewSonic VA800 LCD monitor?  It requires a 12V5A supply having a
four-pin DIN-type connector.  A photo of the I/O ports and power socket
can be found at http://www.babcom.com:81/alaric/lcdports.jpg, with a
ruler for scale.
