[rescue] internal cable from sym22801 to scsi drive in blade 100?

i have the pci scsi board sym22801 in the blade 100. and have been
studying the layout to see how i connect it to a scsi drive in the
second drive slot. 

1) is there a workable way to get an internal 68pin to 68pin cable from
the sym22801 to a drive in the second slot? 

2) anyone have a reference for this? 

3) how long should the cable be?

4_ are there any heating problems associated with the blade 100, limits
on what is tolerable in that slot?
