[rescue] Upgrading Ultra 5/10 CPUs

Well, the gods of eBay have shined on me, and I expect to be getting two 440 MHz U5/10 CPUs ($26 + $10 S/H for both) - any gotchas or things to look out for before upgrading?

My basic plan is to:
  upgrade the OpenBoot firmware
  remove the old CPU
  drop in the new CPU - am I missing anything?

Is a special tool required to remove/install CPU?

Any rev issues regarding how fast a CPU can go on a particular MB?

Will the installed O/S just work (no O/S issues related to CPU spped)?
