[rescue] RED state exceptions on Ultra hardware

My Ultra 2 app server died last night (estimated) with a "RED state
exception".

I understand this is a non-triggered exception, meaning it isn't
triggered by software so the hardware had a problem.

Should I be worried, or could it just be transient, caused by
overheating or too much dust?

I blew the case out in case it was not cooling well, and no other issues
have been logged.

Later today I'll take the cover off and check for obvious issues.
