I'm pretty sure it does it by default; I just remapped things using the
keyboard preferences control panel (and then the keycaps too) so the 
*layout* matched a Mac keyboard:

[CTRL] [ALT/OPTION] [COMMAND] [SPACEBAR]

instead of

[CTRL] [WINKEY] [ALT] [SPACEBAR]
