[rescue] Pinouts for C2T on IBM 330?

No dice.
As I feared, I'm sure an OS would see it just fine, but the BIOS doesn't even 
recognize it.  So, I'm stuck trying to splice a cable again (or pony up the 
$100+ on a third party cable).

I'll be using my multitester to try and figure these pins out, but if anyone 
knows of a source for these pinouts, I'd really appreciate it.
