The rack kit to fit an E4000 into a Sun rack, only works on a Sun rack, 
as it screws into holes on the part of the rails that are parallel to 
the sides, not the where things normally mount, on holes that you would 
normally mount things to in a generic rack.

If I were you, I'd just look for a rack shelf (or make one with a piece 
of 1/2" plywood and two 19-ish" long pieces of angle-iron).  Probably 
about $20 max in cost.
