[rescue] E4000 rackmount kit?

I had two A5100 disk arrays sitting on top of one another on one set of 2"
square angle iron.  The Netshelter rack that we had had posts in side to
mount on.  So there was fortunately no need to attempt to make any
provisions for rack ears.  $10 worth of steel was alot better than spending
more on the mounting kit than what the hardware cost.
