I run a bunch of VSE on the one at work.  (Just for fun, not in production.)

I have a P/390 and three P/390Es.  There really isn't that much 
difference in the power consumption.  Most of the power consumption on 
one of these machines is the hard disk array.
I also have bipolar mainframe hardware around.  Now *that* uses juice.
