[rescue] OS X is certified UNIX

Right, however they licensed the trademark specifically for OS X
version 10.5 on Intel.  This use of the trademark does not extend to
any other version of the operating system on any other platform.   I
imagine this is the case because it is the first and only version of
the OS to be able to pass the tests.
