Micah,

The device you posted (above) apears to have the wrong orientation for your 
needs - it takes a pair of PS/2 devices and put them into a USB posrt on the 
computer, as shown on the Mfg. website:

I understood your problem was to put a PS/2 system on a USB KVM, not the 
reverse...
