[rescue] Sun 24.1" Flat Panel, X7203A: how much?

I have a chance to purchase a X7023A 24.1" Flat Panel tomorrow. It has
a smudge on the left side of the screen which amounts to a
approximately one inch by a quarter inch area of slightly darkened
screen. It includes a power supply and is good shape. How much would
you advise to offer for such a beast?
