[rescue] Wanted - a couple of things

I'm looking for two small bits to make my life easier.

First is a dongle to connect a Mac with ADC video to a DVI monitor. This
isn't the powered conversion box, just the dongle that turns ADC into DVI.

The second is one of the 9th Tee Turbonet Ethernet cards (or similar) for a
Series 1 Tivo. I was given a free Tivo with a bad modem, and would use it as
a second machine if I could find the card- but I'm too cheap to pay new or
eBay prices :-)
