I think those are standard 1 Meg DRAM 120 nanosecond memory in the 18
pin DIP package. They should be common. I have some in my memory stash
but not easily accessable.
It looks like an 8 meg (no parity) memory card when fully populated
and looks like the card has 2/4/6/8 MB RAM printed on it.
