Not any more. Xerox tried to sue  Apple, in 1994 but the case was  
thrown out because the statute of limitations had expired.
Thus, the famous quote
"Xerox can't even sue anyone right" - Guy Kawasaki, I think.

It's way too late for them to try to sue MS.
