This never happens to me.  Never.  FVO "never" approaching "always."

Fortunately, Bear is semi-local, so if an S/36 turned up here, I could ...
well, cart the S/36 over to his house.  I have less than no interest in
having one.  BTDT, rent my T-shirt in frustration.

Seattle isn't Jerusalem, but it's not exactly the center of the old hardware
universe, either.  This is really Microsoft-on-Intel country.

FWIW, my wife and I are contemplating moving to France for a year, so I
expect my acquisitions of additional old hardware will be minimal for a
while, even if something were to come along.  I may even thin the current
herd.
