For what it's worth, I use a single saved profile in HyperTerm for
connecting to all my Sun equipment, from Ultras down to Sun-3s.
9600-8-N-1-None does the trick for them all.

P.S. Post some pics of that 3/140 somewhere (Flickr?) if you get a
chance... that's one of the less common Sun-3 boxes, and I haven't
seen one yet myself. :-)
