There's a local store near here that sells that sort of thing.  (MOC 
Consulting)
Have you tried cables.com?  They don't list 50-pin cables on their site, 
but they can usually get things they don't stock.  I've dealt with them 
before without any trouble.  In fact, it's the only place I can still 
get regular plain-old crimp-on DEC MMJ connectors so I can roll my own 
VAX console cables.  $0.19 apiece.
