My original post was about the speed of installing solaris, and applying 
patch clusters and what. Cheap PCs make the uber expensive systems look 
really bad in speed.

Never really cared so much about POST times either. Most of my x86 servers 
aren' the fastest because the compaq smartarray cards slow the boot 
process.
