There are three "original" OSes for this.  It was offered with HP-UX,
Windows XP, or RedHat.
(Some Itanium2 machines are also offered with OpenVMS.  Sweet.) All
the ones I've ever worked with (zx6000s and rx1600s) came with RHEL3
or RHEL4.
