I actually had discussions with him regarding some of his parts.
He seemed like a decent fellow.

However, at least regarding his older Sun VME parts, he was looking for
some serious $$... and wanted to sell it only by as a complete lot.

He also was looking for someone to buy them with no DOA
assurances, which I didn't think was all that reasonable given the
age and untested condition.   But if someone is willing to take the  
risk,
he did have some somewhat unique Sun 3e boards.
