That doesn't quite exist.  FTDI makes a chip that has 16 I/O.  I don't
know the price, but I would imagine that DIPs cost more anyway, and
you'd need 2 of them.

Of course the way most people use parallel ports, they don't even get 8
In and 8 Out.
