[rescue] Wall rack mount kits

I'm looking for something along the lines of a wall mount rack kit that
pitches down at a 30-45 degree angle.  I haven't been able to find anything,
I vaguely remember seeing something like this before though I can't remember
if it was in fact custom.  I also wonder what kind of adverse affect it
could have on the rack ears etc.  Can someone weigh in on this, this a bad
idea?
