It's a 1E/170, with 5 hme interfaces (1 onboard, 4 on the SBus qfe).

Indeed I am getting 100Mbps FD:
hme0: flags=8a63<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,ALLMULTI,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
capabilities=66<TCP4CSUM,UDP4CSUM,TCP4CSUM_Rx,UDP4CSUM_Rx>
enabled=66<TCP4CSUM,UDP4CSUM,TCP4CSUM_Rx,UDP4CSUM_Rx>
address: 08:00:20:9a:de:91
media: Ethernet autoselect (100baseTX full-duplex)
status: active
inet 192.168.1.1 netmask 0xffffff00 broadcast 192.168.1.255
inet6 fe80::a00:20ff:fe9a:de91%hme0 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x1
hme4: flags=8a63<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,ALLMULTI,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
capabilities=66<TCP4CSUM,UDP4CSUM,TCP4CSUM_Rx,UDP4CSUM_Rx>
enabled=66<TCP4CSUM,UDP4CSUM,TCP4CSUM_Rx,UDP4CSUM_Rx>
address: 08:00:20:93:5d:3b
media: Ethernet autoselect (100baseTX full-duplex)
status: active
inet x.x.x.x netmask 0xfffff800 broadcast y.y.y.y
inet6 fe80::a00:20ff:fe93:5d3b%hme4 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x5
hme4 is bridged to my modem, hme0 is the LAN. The machine is running NetBSD
3.1.
