[rescue] booting flash drive from OpenBOOT?

If your system can boot off an IDE disk, this should be a no-brainer.

I boot my Netra AX-1105 off a 64MB CompactFlash, plugged into an
IDE-CF converter. Seen as a very small IDE disk from the OF. Quite
inexpensive.

If your system is SCSI only, then you'd have to add something like an
Acard SCSI-to-IDE bridge, which ruins the inexpensive aspect of the
thing.

Maybe modern system can boot from USB, but I'm happily stuck with
older stuff... ;-)
