[rescue] HP 9000 Memory

Hi,
Just picked up a 9000/712-60 that's unfortunately lacking ram.  
Information I find says this needs 72-pin EDO ECC, but I can't find a 
speed.  Anyone know what speed this requires.  Does anyone happen to 
have any of these modules lying around? (at least 32mb would be nice, 
though I would be happy with the minimum 16mb just to get this box up).
