The thing to do is to go where there are people who actually use vacuum tubes.
That would be simple, there are lots of ham radio operators in your area
and I'm sure that after trying a few, you would find someone who either can
help you out or knows someone who could.

and use the name search to look for hams near you by the name of the town/city
you or in or zip code. 

See if you recognize any names or neighbors.
