Diddo on the Metcal.

We needed a rework station in our lab and we got a spare MX500 from one
of our other offices.   Ended up having to purchase couple thousand
dollars on all of the needed accessories.    We had to get a stereo
microscope just to see the resistors and traces.  Lots of tools like 1mm
picks, tweezers, wire cutters, kapton tape, various tips, silver solder,
etc...
