Did you know a Diego A. De Giorgio, sometimes goes by GeneratriX?  I believe he is in Rosario / Santa Fe / Repzblica Argentina.

Anyway, he may have tips for you, if you can find contact info.  From what I hear, your best bet is to either find someone in your country to buy from, or else you need to pick it up in person and fly it home yourself.
