How quickly do you need it to get there?  Ideally you can find someone
who will put it into a container, put the container on a ship, and it
will be there in 14 days.

My wife often ships 5 cubic feet of stuff in a cardboard box to the
Philippines, cost is under $75 and it can be any amount of weight.
