[rescue] Dead Ultra 2?

I have an Ultra 2 (Thanks, yet again, Phil) that is apparently dead to
the world. I just replaced the power supply with a pull from eBay, so
I'm /thinking/ it's not the power supply, but the machine is still not
acting as if it's getting power.

I can hear one of the cooling fans trying to start for a fraction of a
second, whenever I press the power switch, but other than that,
nothing. So, the question is... How broken is the machine, and how
much will it take to revive it?
