I would expect them to work just fine - the A5000's are pretty simple interfaces, and don't do any sort of onboard RAID mapping - they just present the pile of connected disks to the host machine. I've even had fun with the usual stupid-FC-tricks such as instructing disks to reformat themselves from the oddball 520 bytes/sector to 512 byte sectors.
Every (functional) disk I've put into an A5000 has worked just fine.
