DINA is the way to go for general use - you'll need to run it on a Linux host
with EFS filesystem installed in order to copy over the files from actual SGI
CD-ROMs or images, and then it's a breeze.
You can also configure an xBSD or older Linux to fulfill the requirements
with a little creativity, but that's what deBug did to make DINA, so you're
rebuilding Rome.
