[rescue] seemingly dead ultra 10

I have two ultra 10's. They make convincing noises, the keyboard light
flashes, but there is no screen output. I'm sure I've seen at least
one of them in a working condition and I'm also pretty sure no excuse
for stopping to do that occurred to them since.

... nvram problem maybe?
