[rescue] Solaris for PrimePower 250?

Hello,

I tried install Solaris on my Fujitsu PrimePower 250 (2 SCA disks with 
onboard scsi (FJSV,ulsa controller). However, Solaris 9 U7 and Solaris 
10 (2-3 different version tried so far) asks me initial questions and 
then tells that no disks have been found. The disks show up fine in 
probe-scsi.

So, the question is, what Version of Solaris 9 and Soaris 10 should I 
use for PP250?

On PP450 I had no problem with stock Solaris 10.
