I've dug around and come across some other Solaris stuff:

     * Boxed set (opened, but looks to be complete) of Solaris 2.2
     * Boxed set (opened, but looks to be complete) of Solaris 1.1.1B
     * Media for Solaris 2.5.1 (includes CDE, WABI, Solstice backup)
     * Media for Solaris 2.5.1 + HW 11/97 update (includes CDE & WABI)
     * Media for Solaris 2.5.1 for x86 (includes CDE, WABI, Solstice
       backup)
     * Media for Solaris 2.6 for SPARC (includes Software Supplement
       and Netscape).

First taker for each may have it!
