[rescue] A5000 skins and parts

All,

I took apart my A5000 to replace the backplane, but never got around to it,
The metal insides were sitting on the floor of my basement, which got wet, and
corroded the housing. So the only stuff that is still good are the skins which
are in OK shape, and all the internal parts which I had set aside. This means
the IO boards, front and back panel doors, power supplies, etc. There is a
GBIC or two which I think are working.
